Medical Social Workers are familiar with community resources available to people with both medical and non-medical needs. Our social workers are part of our interdisciplinary team, working with our staff to find solutions for problems our patients may face after an illness, injury or because of health concerns. MSWs help to navigate through the difficult paperwork hurdles involved when trying to get community and government assistance, counseling, support groups and much more.
